1. Using crutched arms which avoid the green block damage when mould frame lifting.
2. Advanced vibrating technology,Feeding and forming by different vibrating mode assure high quality of feeding and forming.
3 (a). Vibration system consists of two parts, master table vibration and pressure vibration. Vibration device, equipped with imported polyurethane rubber gasket around, avoid the damage to the host framework and effectively reduce the vibration noise. the main device of synchronous vibration driven by hydraulic motor, action quick, can be in an instant to 55kn force;

The head pressure driven by two imported high-performance motor makes synchronous vibration, so as to it not only makes the system get the horizontal shock force but head pressure vertical compression force, it makes the force spreading evenly around the products, shorten the molding cycle of the product, improve the strength.

The head presuure consists of 1pcs host high speed cylinder and 2 pcs synchronous cylinder, high speed host cylinder makes the head press descended and lifting quickly, 2pcs synchronous cylinder keeps the head press descended and lifting balance, so as to it brings the height of all products ino line.
5.Host frame structure using high-quality steel Q235,  adopts the ways of fixture positioning welding by the welding technicians with many years experience, welding depth to 8 cm, much higher than the standard, 6cm, after being seriously checked by the QC, the welding welds uniform appearance without air hole or leak welding, ensure the stability of the whole mechanical properties.
6. Electric control system adopts Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, equipped with data input/output device, the control system including security logic control and fault diagnosis system; It adopts Scheneider electric components with high performance, increase the service life.
7 (a). Hydraulic control system with large capacity of oil casing automatic pressure with regulating variable system, high and low voltage control system, synchronization of ejection device.
7 (b). Combination of technology makes the equipment operation each cycle consistent, thus forming products with high stability, scrap rate lower.
